The Lake District has near limitless activities and in Windermere
we are ideally placed to access them. The area is extremely popular
with walkers and we can recommend routes either down to Lake Windermere
or into the surrounding hills that begin from our own front door.
The Tourist Information Centre is located just 3 min walk from our
house and there guests will find the most up to date info on local
events and activities.
There are 2 Golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
